Since 2010, I have volunteered for community radio station RTRFM 92.1 for the film review segment and podcast, Movie Squad with co-host and writer Simon Miraudo.
Podcast
Tune in Friday mornings 7:30am with Breakfast host Pam Boland or you catch up below with weekly podcast episodes:
Primetime and Bad Apples (Movie Squad #560) – Movie Squad
This Halloween, have a seat.
On the latest Movie Squad, Bonus Babe Lucy Rutherford fills in for Tristan Fidler, who is away on special assignment (Operation: Matrimony), and joins Simon Miraudo to review the new Robert Pattinson black comedy Primetime.
Then, Lucy gives Brekky host Pam Boland some Bad Apples: that’s the new , darkly comic film starring Saoirse Ronan as a teacher who accidentally (?) abducts a student. It’s part of the British Film Festival commencing 5 November.
Stay tuned for the pod-exclusive review of Boorman and the Devil, about the cursed making of Exorcist II, playing as part of Monster Fest this weekend (30 Oct to 1 Nov).
Plus, Lucy shares her recent watches on Letterboxd.
Learn about the new season of Tristan’s Trash Classics screenings at Luna Cinemas held on the last Friday of every month.
Be sure to tune in to RTRFM every Friday at 7:30am to hear Movie Squad live on Breakfast with Pam!
