If you’re into martial arts action movies, and can handle extreme violence (I was continuously exclaiming out loud at the visceral gore) then The Night Comes For Us (2018) is on Netflix for your viewing pleasure. Stars Joe Taslim and Iko Uwais from The Raid movies, this time swapping hero and villain roles as a triad hitman (Taslim) goes rogue to protect a young village girl, eventually heading to a confrontation with his old friend (Uwais) who is hired to take him out. It was an intense, stylish, wild ride that I thoroughly enjoyed. Recommended (if you can handle the full on violence).
